I’ve used Storage King Alexandria for 5 years now and it’s been the perfect spot to keep my things while living overseas. the space is clean, well maintained and access simple and easy. Ian is always friendly and helpful - more of a personal service than other larger storage facilities. Would highly recommend!

Staff member Rob went above and beyond the call of duty . I rocked up to unload our truck almost at closing time on a Sunday. Rob was gracious and accomodating and stayed back for 3 hours until the job was done. He even made me a cup of tea. In the most stressful of weeks , he gave generous service . These guys have been great to deal with .

Thank you Storage King. We have finally empty our storage unit. I can't remember how long we had the unit 5-8 years? During this time whenever we visited the unit the staff were fantastic, always friendly humerous and ever helpful - like the time we lost our unit key and your staff cut the lock off for us and helped us with a new lock and the times we couldn't remember our unit number or where in the building our unit was it or how to work the lift. We feel like we are saying goodbye to old friends.

Superb service from all staff involved in the storage process of this account. You very swift and professional in collecting and depositing my goods to storage, and the administration was very helpful when it came to removing my unwanted goods after I had withdrawn the bulk of them from storage. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage and the administrator on duty at 1pm> on the 1/5/17 was a credit to your company. Thank you very much.

I needed to pack, move and store a unit's worth of furniture and belongings.... all whilst overseas! Storage King organised everything for me and the whole process was well organised and hassle-free. This is the second time I have used Storage King Alexandria and I can't recommend them highly enough!

I just wanted to pass on some feedback about your team member, Karin that was working yesterday. She was amazing!!! I had a particularly bad day experience with my removalists she went out of her way to try think of some alternate solutions, make sure that we were ok comfortable while we were waiting she was just generally happy, helpful lightening the mood. I can’t thank her enough or give her enough praise for her attitude! Definitely a great asset to your team. I really hope that you can pass this message along to her 

We stored stuff with these guys for 2 and a half years and never had any problems. The office staff were always enormously friendly and helpful - such a pleasure to deal with. We also used their recommended removalists to move our things into and out of storage. They were equally obliging and professional! I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this business if you are looking for storage

We had a large container of items at Storage King in Alexandria for approx. one year. The whole time Ian and the staff were very helpful. We recently moved our items out of storage and into our home and Ian, Emmanual and Andre again were very helpful and accommodating - amazing all round. Would highly recommend.
